Payment Methods
We accept payments through bank transfer, UPI, QR scanner, credit card, and Razorpay. You must complete full payment at the time of purchase.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours at no extra cost, as long as it has not been dispatched.
After 24 hours, cancellations may include a small fee. Therefore, we suggest you act quickly if you want to cancel.
Refunds
Orders canceled within 24 hours and before dispatch qualify for a full refund.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. As a result, the money will return to your original payment method.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return faulty or unwanted products within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
Exchanges are available for the same or a similar product. In addition, a return shipping label is provided free of charge.
Product Damage During Shipping
We pack every product carefully. However, if your order arrives damaged, we will send you a free replacement.
Shipping Time
We process and dispatch all orders within 7–10 business days. However, delivery time depends on the product and your location.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Also, charges may vary based on the delivery address.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. For example, you can use it on the Blue Dart website to follow your shipment.
Damage During Transit
We package every order securely. Nevertheless, if your product is damaged during shipping, we will send you a replacement without any hassle.
