How can I place an order?
You can order directly from our website iboostupsports.com, call/WhatsApp us at +91 8875338000, or place bulk orders via IndiaMART.
I now see the longer delivery time of (a part of) my order. How can I cancel it?
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The purchase amount will be back on your bank account within two working days. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
What payment methods do you accept and Will I get an invoice?
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers. Bulk buyers can request proforma invoices, and Yes, every order comes with a GST invoice. You can also download it from your account or request it via email.

Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we offer Pan-India delivery. Our logistics partners ensure safe delivery to homes, schools, clubs, and corporates.
What are the delivery timelines?
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (Jaipur & nearby faster). Customized tables: 10–15 days.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping charges vary depending on location and table size. For Jaipur city, we offer free delivery on select items.

Can I customize my game table?
Yes! We provide custom sizing, branding, and colors to match your space or institution.
Do tables come pre-assembled?
Most tables are shipped in parts with easy-to-follow instructions. Assembly service is available in Jaipur.
Do your products come with warranty?
Yes, all our tables come with a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects.
04. Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before shipping. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
What if I receive a damaged product?
Please inform us within 48 hours with photos/videos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
